It would be nice to have the "net-misc/bridge-utils" included within the next release since they may come really handy if you are in some weird network and try to set up your box. The problem is, that what a bridge does is hard to be emulated, while the utils aren't large so i hope its not a problem :-) Is this the correct part of the bugzilla system for this kind of a bug? tell me if not. I've added this to my local spec files, and it will be on the next LiveCD release. I am still trying to decide if we'll be adding it for inclusion on the Minimal CD or not. Do you have a network to test this, or are you just filing a bug because someone *might* want it?

As long as i run that box from live-cd to reinstall it a part of the network is down, including the Desktop system from which i would - if i could - start a ssh session to the head-less box where i install gentoo... I can work aroung this of course and it is not a important part of the network (otherwise i would have a 2nd box to replace the other one...) but, well...
Added to the x86 LiveCD... this is not on the Minimal InstallCD, however.
