The mirror is serving .iso (haven't checked any other file types) files as
text/plain, causing them to appear in the browser instead of presenting a
download dialog.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to download
http://gentoo.mirrors.tds.net/pub/gentoo//releases/amd64/2005.1/installcd/install-amd64-minimal-2005.1.iso
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
File was displayed in browser

Expected Results:  
File should have been downloaded

This could be related to bug #100964 - apparently the server had to be
reconfigured and may not have been correctly reconfigured.

i had the admin look into this and it was fixed. apologies on the apache
misconfiguration.
