Description Adrian 2005-08-13 09:40:09 UTC
app-antivirus/vlnx installs a cron job which seems to DELETE infected files
WITHOUT LOGGING and WITHOUT TELLING the user that the cronjob was installed.
the cronjob setup should be moved to the "config" part of the ebuild or it
should tell after emerging that it added such a cronjob (you know, it DOES suck
if files get deleted without telling the user - especially if the infected files
were used e.g. for forensics)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

You're right, I've changed the ebuild to install the crontab script into
/opt/vlnx instead, telling user about the possibility via an einfo message in
pkg_postinst().

Thanks for reporting.
