media-gfx/potrace-1.7 can safely get the amd64 keyword. Compiles, works and all of the backend features (ie eps, ps, pdf, pgm, svg output modes) were tested. Also rotate and stretch features were tested. I didn't have time to test all of potrace's huge amount of exotic tweaking features. emerge info:
