This is a pretty nifty collaborative drawing Java applet. I know there's a lot of changes going on with the way Java stuff is handled but this one shouldn't be affected by any of that since it doesn't use any libraries. It's also very simple to build.

Created attachment 65500 [details] drawboard-init Woops I accidentally uploaded an unfinished version of the init script.
Betelguese asked if this should use webapp-config. I checked with Stuart Herbert and he said as long as it doesn't put anything in /var/www/localhost/htdocs (it doesn't, just suggests it) then it doesn't have to use webapp-config.
Created attachment 72497 [details] drawboard-1.52.ebuild Forgot to update this with the patch I made for it ages ago. It makes it MUCH less CPU intensive. I sent it upstream and the author was very pleased but it seems like he never got round to rereleasing. *sigh*

(this is an automated message based on filtering criteria that matched this bug) 'EBUILD' is in the KEYWORDS which should mean that there is a ebuild attached to this bug. This bug is assigned to maintainer-wanted which means that it is not in the main tree. Hello, The Gentoo Team would like to firstly thank you for your ebuild submission. We also apologize for not being able to accommodate you in a timely manner. There are simply too many new packages. Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The sunrise overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to commit to and all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry into the overlay. So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this and submit your ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =) Because this is a mass message, we are also asking you to be patient with us. We anticipate a large number of requests in a short time. Thanks, On behalf of the Gentoo Sunrise Team, Jeremy. Upstream is very dead. Technology has moved on and I doubt anyone would want to use a Java applet to do this any more. Closing.
