Hi Juergen,  
  
I suppose you just installed the brand new EMBOSS 3.0.0 (from the testing  
branch). A change in the Prosite database indexing program causes the bug you  
reported. Fortunately, I had already noticed and fixed it this morning. Just  
sync your tree and try to update Prosite again. 
 
If this does not fix your problem, feel free to reopen this bug.
