proposal for ebuild

This ebuild works for me.

Hi,

There is an ebuild for pecl-tidy in the Gentoo PHP Overlay [1]. If you can't
wait for this package to go into the Portage, please switch to the overlay.

It's not that I personally can't wait for this to go into Portage. I made an
ebuild myself and this works for me. I just want this package, which is very
useful, to be available to a wider public. So, IMO it is not resolved nor fixed
until it gets into Portage.

Hi,

We won't be adding any more pecl extensions for the PHP SAPI packages
currently in the dev-php/ category in Portage.

We have widely publicised (GWN, gentoo-dev mailing list, planet.g.o) the PHP
overlay and our plans, and made it clear that the packages currently in the
overlay are our way forward. These packages will be added to Portage at the
earliest opportunity.

Best regards,
Stu
