It looks like the guile makefile itself might be broken.
You can just do FEATURES="-test" emerge graphviz for now, as a temporary fix, by the way.
Same bug with graphviz-2.6.

2.6-r1 has the same problem as 2.6, updating status line to cover both 2.4 and 2.6.
The tests all pass in 2.8, however, prior versions appear to be missing the most imprtant thing - the test scripts. Should this be closed?
I think this could be closed as resolved upstream.
