xmms-crystality plugin when enabled makes sound scratchy 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Xmms 
2. in preferences Effect plugins enable Crystality Plugin v0.9 
 
 
Actual Results:  
sound is scratched (like from old vinyl) 

Expected Results:  
sound should be normal :) , and it is after disabling the plugin

you should reconfigure better your xmms. Closing because it doesn't seem a bug. :)
