Now that mod_perl2 is happily out of packagemask, can a block be added to the
default conf.d/apache2 file for what to do to enable perl? Maybe something like:

PERL  Enables mod_perl

btw, there should be a space between $HEADER: and the trailing $ - otherwise no
cvs info is being pulled (so its just wasting space)
