The ivy dependancy management utility has hit version 1.0. It would be nice if this was included in the appropriate ant-* ebuild so that the ivy tasks are picked up automatically by >=ant-1.6 More information about this library and where to get it can be fond here: http://jayasoft.org/ivy It is under BSD license so there should be no problem including this in gentoo. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
I added an ebuild and patches for this package to the experimental overlay: https://gentooexperimental.org/svn/java/gentoo-java-experimental/dev-java/ant-ivy/
Any chance you have created a newer ant-ivy ebuild for my local overlay? There are a few known issues that have been fixed in version 1.3-RC2 which came out earlier this month, including fixing this timeout problem with ibiblio (which is currently taking up 300 seconds of my time a run). The newest library can be found here: http://www.jayasoft.org/ivy/download
Version 1.3.1 in portage as dev-java/ant-ivy.
