The www-apps/freeradius-dialupadmin-1.70 ebuild results in an installation of
freeradius-dialupadmin that does not have the buttons on the left bar, which
contain all the functionality.  This appears to be due to the use of ../ in the
code which clashes with the directory structure used by webapp-config.  The
conf, html, and lib directories are installed in the server root and the rest of
the code is located in tbe htdocs directory.

The attached patch changes these to ../../.

This patch changes ../conf, ../html, and ../lib to the ../../xxx varieties.

Turn off sql debugging

Incidentally, the ebuild has SQL debugging turned on, which causes debugging
output to show up on the screen.  This patch turns it off.
