net-libs/libpcap-0.8.3-r1 creates absolute links rather than relative ones,
which will fail if ${ROOT} !=
/ and causes problems with the creation of amd64's emul-linux-x86-* packages

net-libs/libpcap-0.8.3-r1 (/usr/lib64/libpcap.so.0 -> /usr/lib64/libpcap.so.0.8)
net-libs/libpcap-0.8.3-r1 (/usr/lib64/libpcap.so -> /usr/lib64/libpcap.so.0.8)
