When I attempt to download something using getdelta, I got this:

Resolving linux01.gwdg.de... 134.76.13.21
Connecting to linux01.gwdg.de[134.76.13.21]:80... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Forbidden
19:19:39 ERROR 403: Forbidden.

The dtu could not be fetched, downloading full file from original URL
