Description Matija "hook" Šuklje 2005-08-02 23:41:43 UTC
I've been cleaning my system after a while, and found out that I a depreciated
package still installed: app-i18n/kde-i18n-sl-3.1.1

The problem is that it won't unmerge with emerge -C

Steps for reproduction:
1. Have a depreciated package
2. # emerge -C app-i18n/kde-i18n-sl

Expected behaviour:
- unmerge the package

Error output:
QA Notice: ECLASS 'kde-i18n' inherited illegally in app-i18n/kde-i18n-sl-3.1.1

/usr/lib/portage/bin/ebuild.sh: line 1443: /usr/portage/eclass/kde-i18n.eclass:
No such file or directory

You can try to download the eclass from here:
http://www.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/eclass/Attic/kde-i18n.eclass
and put it in /usr/portage/eclass/

This should be enough for unmerging...

Thanks!

It worked. :-)
