use.local.desc refers to "idn" as "enables support for Internalized Domain Names
(net-dns/bind)" where the keyword "Internalized" should be "Internationalized"
and is currently misleading.  I discovered this while trying to figure out what
"Internalized Domain Names" was in the first place.
