Changes are in draft/2005.1

Daniel, could you please provide the "Bootloader instructions cleanup and
re-org" patch that works with
http://gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/hb-install-ppc64-bootloader.xml so I can push
back these changes to the handbook. The other patches worked fine, this one
failed. I'll see if I can fix it in the meantime.

These patches were for the draft handbook for 2005.1 they apply just fine there.
