Description K. Wolf 2005-08-01 15:06:34 UTC
After emerging xpdf-3.00-r8, a number of tools has been installed, such as
pdfimages, pdftotext, pdffonts, pdfinfo, pdftops.

Funnily, xpdf itself is missing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xpdf
2. start xpdf
3.

Actual Results:
bash: xpdf: command not found

Expected Results:
There should an executable named "xpdf" have been installed.
According to /var/db/pkg/app-text/xpdf-3.00-r8/CONTENTS, there is no such file.

Build with +motif to have xpdf.

Comment 2 K. Wolf 2005-08-01 15:21:28 UTC
Aaargh, "If you want to compile xpdf binary you have to set USE=motif". It
disappeared that fast I didn't see it the first four times. Sorry.
