After 30 days of local testing grisbi should be marked stable.

Works fine on mostly stable amd64.  Tested several functions (creating accounts
/ currencies / transactions / various settings / reports).

its still not stable on any arch.. waiting for the maintainer (seemant) to
declare it stable..
