I'was using other rsync servers ..but it is time to use proper.
marcin, thanks for the bug report, i just added your IP into the ACL, not sure why it was not in there before. we had a previous IP of 195.136.69.99. does that sound familair at all? -jeffrey

There were request for change three months ago. When new ACL will be active ?
marcin, the new ACL should be active now. i'll close the bug as fixed. reopen if there are still issues when syncing. thanks -jeffrey
