The same. I have noticed it isn't the first time when long lag exists between commiting a new mirrorselect ebuild and tarball availability. But now the lag is very-very long :-(
And mirrorselect-1.1.5 is no longer in the portage tree. So if I block 1.1.6 it wants to downgrade to 0.89...
I re-uploaded the tarball. I didn't think I forgot to upload it before, but maybe I did, who knows. should be fixed now either way.
