Wanted to try RC1, but it failed searching for arts:

This is a duplicate of bug #10032

P.S. Hoe krijg je nederlands in je installatie?

Seems the distfiles-local propagation from chiba is dead. I'll try to get hold of drobbins     
or kabau tonight on irc. If you want the file meanwhile, get it from a kde mirror under    
the 3.1rc1 sources as arts-1.1.0.tar.bz2 and rename it to arts-1.1.0-kde31rc1.tar.bz2  
in your distdir. 
The reason we rename the file is that kde 3.1 beta2 also had an arts-1.1.0.tar.bz2, 
only it was different from this one.
