It could be useful to remind the handbook reader to "emerge sys-fs/evms" on 9.C
if (s)he is using it to avoid problems during boot process. (evms_activate not
working, for instance).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install SELinux hardened gentoo using EVMS as storage media
2. Reboot after installation
3. Problems

Actual Results:  
Does not mount evms volumes/cannot work with them.

Expected Results:  
Properly documented SELinux guide could easily avoid this issue.

Handbook is fixed, reassigning to hardened team to fix the SELinux guide if
needed, or mark as FIXED otherwise.
