My last name was not encoded in utf-8.

description for the fuse local use flag was not added to use.local.desc

The ChangeLog is still not fixed.

there is currently no requirement for the format of ChangeLogs

Ah. I didn't notice that GLEP 31 is marked as withdrawn. Too bad. I would have
liked to see it implemented.

Although there is no official requirement, check out:

I could fix this myself but I don't want to touch packages not belonging to me
without permission.
