This is a new ebuild for pyPgSQL consisting of the ebuild script, a patch file 
and a license.

This is 2.3beta ebuild. There is a 2.2 (stable) ebuild here

May you test the pypgsql-2.3.ebuild?

If this works, we can close that bug (after a long time...)

The 2.3 ebuild merge perfectly on my i686 machine.  Thank you.
