Michael is a frequent contributor to the gentoo.de-overlay. He wants to join
zzam and help with Video Disc Recorder to get his ebuilds into the main
gentoo.org tree. I will mentor him.

Michael is going to be set up as soon as we work out why his account hasn't been
created on toucan, but is present in the LDAP directory. Everything else is done.

Michael had no CVS commits at all, ever. He also seems to have zero bugzilla activity. 

I've started retirement procedure and sent him the first mail today.
