Description Triffid Hunter 2005-07-25 20:14:20 UTC
when first started (or after a kicker crash), kbinaryclock displays a large
unstyled kled in front of other leds. changing any options and applying makes
the erroneous led vanish.

this bug was present in kde-3.3 as well.

see URL for (cropped & highlighted) screenshots

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. (re)start kicker with a kbinaryclock applet

Actual Results:
kbinaryclock displays a larger green kled in front of other leds

Expected Results:
kbinaryclock doesn't display an extra, unstyled led when first started.

Comment 1 Gregorio Guidi (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-07-26 03:19:42 UTC
This bug seems not to be Gentoo specific and was also reported here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96541

I suggest you ask to reopen that bug.

patch to fix erroneous visible leds when applet started with seconds invisible

from upstream; works perfectly via my edited ebuild for kicker-applets-3.4.3
