In GNOME, it ships with the themes "high contrast", "high contrast inverse", "high contrast large print", "high contrast large print inverse", "low contrast", and finally "low contrast large print". In my opinion, these should only be installed if the user has specified that the "accessibility" USE flag be enabled, as average users have no (or at least very little) use for these themes.
