I've made numerous capitalization fixes to the Gentoo Hardened FAQ. Also, as
hardened-dev-sources hasn't existed for some time, I updated the FAQ to reflect
this; I changed all hardened-dev-sources to hardened-sources.

The patch should be attached.

This has fallen a bit out of date. 

Jack if you or anybody has some free time and can grammer recheck the hardened
docs I'd be happy to merge it.

capitalization, grammar, GuideXML fixes

I'm glad that the -dev-sources reference has been changed! So, here's the fixes
for the current doc. These are just the grammar/GuideXML/capitalization
consistency fixes.

I don't know much about hardened-sources or putting together a hardened system,
so I'm afraid I can't help with updating the actual content of the guide
itself.
