xmlified by a future doc/amd64 dev, Luis Medinas (MetalGODin)

there are many coding-style errors in this doc. i recomend that you read the
coding style guidelines that the gdp publishes at
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/xml-guide.xml

Luis: get the current xml file from
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-amd64-faq.xml?passthru=1
Then, do diff -u between downloaded and edited versions.
