in the mean time ucspi-ssl-0.70 has been released. renaming does the trick here

I'll maintain it... and some of the other ebuilds I have laying around here (or 
are lingering in bugzilla) too.

I've also added:
        echo "/usr/share/ca-certificates/" > conf-cadir
        echo "/var/qmail/control/dh1024.pem" > conf-dhfile

not sure if this makes it too qmail specific but its better than the other non-existant files/directories.

I'm still having trouble getting a sslserver qmail-pop3 going -I'm getting a handshake failed and no compatiable ciphers. Still looking.
