I only see "Leave as NEW" for every bug, I am no longer able to assign/resolve bugs.

For some reason your account had some weird permission flags set:

Gentoo-Dev, EditBugs, CanConfirm

Problem was fixed by Gentoo/Infra earlier this afternoon.

You have the following permission bits set on your account:

You were never meant to have any of the developer flags. They were set in error on your account and have now been removed, thus you have less bugzilla abilities.

OK guys, please do me a favour and contact _me_ first before removing/adding flags for people on bugzilla.  Jakub is one of my wranglers, and as such, I gave him the permissions to reassign and close bugs.
