multilog-watch is essentially logcheck aka logsentry for logdirs created by multilog from daemontools...

actually LICENSE should read 

LICENSE="Artistic GPL-2"

as in 

"This program is free software; you may redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself."
