fetch-non-restricted packages was regenerated, but unfortunately, I've no resources to regenerate hashes for fetch-restricted packages right now. I'll try to ask @winterheart (Azamat Hakimov) for help, or will continue regeneration when I'd be able myself. Thanks for patience.
