PyMSN-t is a Jabber<->MSN gateway that works with most Jabber servers. The net-im/msn-transport written in C is no longer in development. PyMSN-t can read the spool file from the old C version. Attached are an ebuild, a trivial patch to pass command line arguments to pymsn-t, an init.d script and an example configuration file. It depends on virtual/jabber-server, introduced for ejabberd in bug #63472.

This should depend on twisted-web and twisted-words. With only twisted-2.0.0 installed, I get 'You need to have xxxx installed to use xxxxx' errors on starting the transport.
According to the developer, it does not work with 2.0 at all. How do one make a dependency on twisted that is >= 1.1 and < 2.0?
>=dev-python/twisted-1.1 <dev-python/twisted-2 in RDEPEND as this is a runtime dep. (that should be fixed in the ebuild)
0.9.3 in portage, closing a stale bug.
