Please find attached an ebuild for SWORD 1.5.3. 
 
The SWORD library is used to manage texts used in the study of the 
Bible. It supports Bible texts, dictionaries, commentaries, lexicons, 
and more. There is a patch included that makes it compile correctly 
for gcc 3.2 by adding in some include files. Please note that the 
standard location for the modules has been changed to /var/db/sword. 
To me this seems to be more in line with FHS. 
 
I would suggest the category media-libs. Some distros have a separate category 
for religious software, perhaps this would be appropriate for this ebuild.

This can be considered a duplicate of bug 9124, which is an updated version of 
this package. Bug 9124 is already assigned to someone as well.
