This is a request for readme.gentoo-r1.eclass take parameters and support

README.gentoo-5.10.bz2

The motivation for this request is so that ebuilds can show an einfo message at, for example, gentoo-sources-5.10.0 but not anything > 5.10.0.

Then start again with 5.11.0.
