Description Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2021-11-25 06:53:07 UTC

Issue: net-print/lexmark-upd-ppd-1.0.0.20210304 does not respect CFLAGS.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: ci)

NOTE:
To reproduce this issue you may want to add "-frecord-gcc-switches" to CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS/FFLAGS/FCFLAGS. If this is not something about c/c++ context see this bug as an hint to hide the QA warning (with QA_FLAGS_IGNORED) where is not possible to respect CFLAGS.

Comment 2 Jason A. Donenfeld gentoo-dev 2021-11-25 09:49:29 UTC
It doesn't compile any code; it's closed source binary blobs.

No reply or clarification from you so closing this. Feel free to reopen if you think there's sufficient reason to.

I guess the NOTE in the first comment are self-explain:

If this is not something about c/c++ context see this bug as an hint to hide the QA warning (with QA_FLAGS_IGNORED) where is not possible to respect CFLAGS.
