The ebuild on the gentoo servers is still broken. This is quite annoying. Why don't you apply this simple fix?

Okay i made an ebuild that works with ipv6. Just copy the ebuild, digest, and
.diff into the appropriate dir's and emerge djbdns.

BTW you have to rename the patch to ipv6-fix.diff for it to work. The pathc goes
in /usr/portage/net-dns/djbdns/files along with the digest and the ebuild goes
into /usr/portage/net-dns/djbdns or you can put them in your local portage tree
if you have it set up so it wont get wiped away and downgraded on an rsync. Enjoy :)

djbdns-1.05-r5 fixes this problem.
