There is a bug in fltk 1.1.4 affecting the fl_draw_pixmap function on x86_64. This causes the applications linked against this version to segfault when using the function. The hdsp* tools shipped in alsa-tools are examples of such applications. Please upgrade to a more recent fltk version.

No, it's not. After 3 days, I can still not see any traces of 1.1.6 in portage.
