I was able to emerge and use gnome-bluetooth on my amd64 system. It should probably be marked at least ~amd64. Some caveats: gnome-bluetooth depends on net-wireless/libbtctl, which is also marked x86 only. Note that this compiles fine on amd64 as long as openobex-1.0.0 (NOT 1.0.1!) is installed, which again is marked x86 only.
