Issue: games-util/legendary-0.20.6 uses a probably incorrect DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS value.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses GCC-11: https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-11/porting_to.html

I don't think it's a good idea to auto-report these vague maybe-bugs.

Check has been changed to be strict. So reports are valid now.

games-util/legendary seems to work fine with dev-python/setuptools removed. I don't see what's the problem here.
