Description:   Opened: 2005-01-09 21:22 0000 
When someone emerges gentoolkit, a message should be displayed informing the
user of the user guide available from the Gentoo Doc Project and its URL
[Gentoolkit (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoolkit.xml)].
This would help new users figure out how to use gentoolkit on their own. This
would also reduce the number of repetitive questions about gentoolkit asked on
the forums and irc.
