dev-perl/XML-Parser-2.31-r1 does not install when just adding ppc-macos to the KEYWORDS. As it wishes to install a new version of perl. Changing eclass/perl-module.eclass and setting, will make portage not install the new version of perl: DEPEND=">=dev-lang/perl-5.8.1 !<dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.17" I'm not sure what will break when I do this. The comments in perl-module.eclass talks about moving this dependency somewhere else. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
