Comment 2 Stephane Loeuillet 2004-12-14 12:34:05 UTC
looks like a new gxine is out for 3 days (0.4.0 2004-12-11), which is strange as i read it was not maintained any more.

it did not fix this problem for me, still the same crash (that could come from xine-lib itself)
Comment 3 Ed Catmur 2004-12-17 20:31:46 UTC
Probable duplicate of bug 52374, assuming you are using nvidia drivers.
Comment 4 Stephane Loeuillet 2004-12-18 03:16:31 UTC
thanks for spoting this

yes, i have nvidia-drivers (66.29) + kernel 2.6.10-rc3, gcc 3.4.3, glibc 2.3.4.20041102, xorg 6.8.0-r3

reproduced it with gxine 0.3.3-r1 and 0.4.0 (not in portage)
