Hello!
I emerged the stable headers today. The don't play well with Xorg. startx gave me errors. Rebuilding Xorg 6.8.0 failed. I'm in console using lynx and glibc is rebuilding with older headers at the moment. Lets see if I can up an error log with lynx :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge linux26-headers-2.6.8-r1
2.emerge glibc
3.startx
4. emerge xorg-x11
Actual Results:  
startx doesn't work, xorg-x11 won't build
