We need oldest version to be dropped to finally being able to kill "avahi" USE flag in favor or "zeroconf"

Yep, I'm currently in progress of doing that, but it's depending on bunch of stabilization and keywording bugs first. 

I won't oppose if you want to rename the USE flag on a stable ebuild, but I'm not making a PR for it :)

Just for transparency: I need https://bugs.gentoo.org/681558 stabilized on x86 so I can open a stabilization bug for python-efl. After that, I can drop the reverse deps for efl-1.20 and remove that as well. 

I decided to move keywords from efl-1.20 to efl-1.22 and rather wait for bugs, than keywording, so the bug linked here isn't _really_ a problem, but I'll deal with it somehow later :)
