Duplicate bug for new package.

Cenon generally works, but needs some more work.

And, I propose do not split cenon into cenon and cenon-library.

This bug report has useful ebuilds; marking as duplicate of bug 54791 because
they are for the same thing: add an ebuild for cenon.

... as a side note, by my own experience, Cenon needs more testing...a new
version 3.70 was recently released, and it may fix long standing fatal bugs.
