A problem related to resuming from suspend-to-disk when using xorg-x11-6.8.0 along with the radeon driver has been reported to the above mentioned URL.

A fix is included in the freedesktop.org bug report - it would nice to have that patch included in portage.

Yeah, I saw that report. I'm on dri-devel, the assignee. Been waiting on them to commit.

Fixed in patch tarballs 0.2.4 and 0.2.2.1 for 6.8.0-r2 and 6.8.0-r1 respectively.
