please modify the default location of SSLSessionCache and SSLMutex from 'logs' to '/var/cache/apache2' on all apache-2.x ebuilds.

this mod is needed in order not to allow the httpd_t domain (on a SELinux environment) to remove files in the 'logs' directory.
